What is Exercise Therapy?
Exercise therapy is a foundational pillar of the physical therapy profession. Exercises are prescribed individually based on what is observed and found during the assessment. These can focus on increasing strength, mobility, balance, or movement patterns, and are all designed to best optimize and maximize participation in your life, sport and play.

What is Concussion and Post concussion Care?
Concussions (also known as a mild traumatic brain injury) are an injury to the brain which can occur due to a direct or indirect blow to the head. Concussions usually self-resolve within 1-2 weeks, however, in some cases, individuals can experience persistent symptoms that linger for a longer period.

- Regulation of sleep cycles
- Decrease fatigue
