🎥 March 1st marked the conclusion of our Beat & Burn series — hosted in collaboration with the Vancouver Film School Student Services team.

🎶 Over the past weeks, we had the privilege of providing affordable, high-energy group training for the hardworking students at Vancouver Film School.

🔥 Every session was led by Coach Santiago , who brings a rare combination of physiotherapy knowledge and high-intensity training.

The result: workouts that are not only challenging and effective, but also safe, mobility-conscious, and built to support long-term performance.

🤍 A huge thank you to everyone who came out, trained hard, and brought incredible energy to every class.

✅ After a year of coaching adult beginners, I’ve learned this:

Most people don’t struggle with striking because they’re “not athletic.”

They struggle because they were never taught how to control their body.

Motor learning matters.

That’s why my focus shifted from strength alone to longevity.
