Ambassadors of Compassion: Leveraging Hollywood for the Good of Our Kids
One of the most unforgettable evenings of our lives.
As the sun set over the Hollywood Hills, we gathered on the rooftop of celebrated Canadian chef Bob Blumer to celebrate Canadian-British singer-songwriter Andrew Cole and his inspiring anti-bullying movement.
This is what Ambassadors of Compassion is all about—bringing together compassionate leaders from Canada and the U.S. to invest in the emotional health and resilience of young people and their families.
I was honoured to share with them over dinner these past few days, the vision of Ambassadors of Compassion Canada and of course included sharing the documentary of the powerful work of the Robb Nash Project.
We also learned about Andrew’s Anti bullying Prime documentary his anti bullying charity with epic star power to help our youth in Canada. I truly believe these incredible organizations and leaders can create an even greater impact together.

We were honoured to spend the evening with friends representing the Hawn Foundation, Bob Love and GoGi Wines, Luke Franco, Terry & Angie Fator, Dyan Cannon, Stepfanie Kramer, my producing partner Neisha Cohen, Mike Mandhardt of One Strong F.A.M.I.L.Y., our founders Eric & Jodi Hannah, our CEO Rob and Lee Unger, along with an incredible circle of leaders, artists, filmmakers and entrepreneurs who believe our youth matter. Participating in the epic showcase for Andrew, by Priest Wines and Chef Bob Blumer and filmographer Phil Coates was an honour.
Thank you to my amazing husband, Jim, for faithfully walking this journey beside me and using his vacation time to serve the needs of youth and families across North America.
This evening was a beautiful reminder of what happens when Canada and the United States come together with one purpose—to give the next generation hope.
