It’s and Day is around the corner. How’s everyone doing? 🧠💛✌🏻
It’s a cold and rainy time of year in Canada and with the holidays behind us, Spring might feel far away. ☔️
A few tips to get through the last bit of Winter:
⛳️ Get moving! Go for a walk, stretch, hit the gym or throw on a free YouTube workout in your living room
⛳️ Get some fresh air and daylight especially if your home tends to be darker or you spend a lot of time at the computer for work
⛳️ Eat a well balance diet, try to avoid binging on sweet and salty snacks
⛳️ Meditate or take a few moments of time each day to just be. There’s a lot of apps out there to help with this: are a few

Had a morning, so trying to shift to 😎
Golf always puts us in a good mood because it’s a form of meditation. 🧘
Even when we play bad, it’s easy to remember that at least you get to be :
⛳️outside breathing fresh air
⛳️experiencing nature
⛳️competing against yourself or others
How does golf improve your life?
