Our biological age refers to the bodies ability to withstand biological and physiological processes.
Our chronological age refers to time on earth (Birth date).
For example:
Someone could be 70 years old with a biological age of 45. This is based on their health and fitness status, as they regularly participate safe and effective exercise programs. By contrast, a persons biological age could be greater than their chronological age due to living sedentary lifestyles.
