After a little over 2 years of coaching at F45, I've decided to spread my wings and re-focus on my own Personal Training Business.

Hello there! Whoever is looking to shed some stubborn fat from summer time fun, this is a great 4 week bootcamp that is happening every Monday's (HIIT Training) and Wednesday's (Resistance Band Training) in the evenings at 6:15pm for 45 mins.

Day 9 - Mindfulness / Visualization
each morning set aside 5-10 mins (even 15 mins. Close your eyes and set your intentions for your day. What do you hope to accomplish? Who do you hope to interact with?
Set the tone of your day with 10 mins of mindfulness and visualize what your perfect day looks like.
Major Olympic athletes practice this method everyday before training, along with competitions.

Day 8 - Start learning!
set aside 10-15 mins a day to read a self-help book. this will help you gain new perspective and gain more insight.
make it a goal to complete 6-12 books a year, we're put on this planet to learn and grow, so what's stopping you?

Day 7 - Start Journaling
Go ahead and treat yourself, go to a store and buy yourself a journal that inspires you.
Start tracking your sleep, mood, energy levels, food and workouts. This will help you learn where you're struggling and also can help rule out any foods that could be causing you to retain water and bloat.

Day 6 - Making a meal plan and sticking to it!
Eliminating Alcohol and Sugar will change your body immensely!
Reducing dairy products and red meat within your diet will also help eliminate inflammation in your body.
Incorporate 1-2 CHEAT DAYS a week. I don't believe in cheat meals... just indulge that one day guilt free and jump back on the train tomorrow!

Day 5 - HYDRATION is key! Our bodies are made of 80% water. Your goal should always be to consume 8 large glasses of water a day. Or if you're like me and struggle with counting...
Use a 2L water bottle, or 1L water bottle to help you track your hydration goals. Your goal should always be drinking 1-2L of water per day!

Day 4 - find an accountability buddy! Ask a family member and one of your closest friends to help you stay on track to your goals.
The buddy system always works best when we have others helping us hold accountable to our words.

Day 3 - do a plank for 1 min everyday (if you find this too challenging start with 30s plank x2 sets with a 10s rest in between)
This will naturally align your spine and target strengthening that core and tone shoulders/arms as well.

Day 2 - Start with 30mins of movement x4 times a week.
Ex) walking, jogging, skipping, biking/cycling, yoga or strength training. Get that body moving
Start with 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off.
