Brad helped me through my ACL reconstruction and multiple meniscus surgeries. Through some of the hardest months of my recovery, he gave me a reason to get up every day and be better. He pushed me to levels I never could have imagined for myself and because of it I came back from my injury stronger, faster, and tougher than I was before.
Brad made me fall in love with the process and turned s&c training from something I dreaded into something that became the best part of my day. He continued to find new ways to challenge me and could see beyond what I thought were my limits. Having someone that believes in you like that and believes that you are capable of more is one of the greatest things you can have as an athlete.
