🌿 Dynamic Back Line
Start with one hand on the sacrum and create a gentle rhythmic movement. With your other hand, follow the back line all the way up to the shoulder, then glide back down toward the lower back.
Keep the motion flowing from the sacrum, creating a continuous wave through the body.
Finish with a grounding Earth Touch 🌎 — slow, steady pressure to help integrate the work and invite deep relaxation.

DESCRIPTION
At the end of this 4-day training, you will be able to give a complete Thai Yoga Massage session and practice Qigong independently.
One of the main intentions of this training is to introduce the principles of Qigong and Tai Chi to support and enhance your massage practice. You will learn how to use your body efficiently in order to preserve your well-being, protect your joints, and feel fully integrated while working.
This approach allows you to offer deep presence and quality care to the person receiving the massage without exhausting yourself.
Thai Yoga Massage originates from India and is an ancient healing art practiced with mindfulness and awareness. It promotes deep relaxation, relieves pain, and helps rebalance the body’s energy.
