4 reasons why you NEED a workout program 💪
- Keeps you accountable - the plan is already made, time to execute!
- Gives purpose to your workouts - no more wondering what exercise to do next
- Prevents burnout and overtraining - a planned break is better than an injury break
- Workouts are goal specific - they’re designed to give you the best shot at success!
Whether you make your own program or your trainer does, make sure its designed with a goal in mind, and EXECUTE it to the best of your ability to keep the results coming!! 🔥

“Colton has created the best experience for getting on track with my health and fitness. I started going to the gym without a trainer and felt extremely lost. Colton was able to curate a custom workout program that not only worked for my goals but included exercises that I actually like doing. If I’m not already texting Colton with all my questions I think of throughout the week, then he is texting or calling me to check in and make sure I am staying on track. Colton is extremely knowledgable and is always able to answer my questions when it comes to the gym, and if he doesn’t know an answer, he finds out. Thank you Colton for helping me so much!”

Progress at its core is essentially quite simple. Calorie deficit to lose weight, calorie surplus to gain weight. Workout and push your body towards whatever goal you have. Get enough sleep and recover properly. That is the secret formula.
Now, just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it’s easy. The number one factor that drives progress is consistency - something that tons of people struggle with. If you can CONSISTENTLY eat, train and recover in relation to your goals, you will see real, continuous results 🔥
