Let's talk Heels! Have you thought of learning to dance and building your confidence in them?⁠

This workshop is for those who are new to dancing in heels or are looking to brush up on their foundational technique. The five-week series will go over the basics of walking in a heel, weight transitions, and body posturing. Each class will start with a warm-up focusing on injury prevention and balance, followed by drills for technical development, ending with a piece of choreography that will be learned over the course of the workshop. Come for the high-energy fun of a drop-in class, and leave with the technical development of a progressive workshop! Last class will be filmed by a videographer.⁠
