Watch the arms. He stays loose the whole time.
0:03 to 0:15: Master Zuyao Wang strikes his partner's open palm three times. There's no wind-up and no tensing, yet each one lands heavy enough that his partner steps back and shakes out his hand.
0:20: They switch. His partner commits his whole body and swings hard.
0:21: Master Wang doesn't brace against it. A small turn of the waist and the force slides past. He stays settled, and his partner is the one rubbing his hands.
That's the point of a slow standing practice like Tai Chi: relax first, let the whole body work together, and power comes from structure, not muscle.
