Anatomy Immersion for yoga teachers. April 13-15, I will be offering a full immersion review for functional anatomy and its relationship to Yoga Asana. This full weekend session will specifically highlight muscular function, movement and active cueing for specific actions and purpose's in yoga postures. This weekend training counts as 18 hours of Anatomy continuing education for Yoga Alliance registered teachers. Registration or inquiries are by email at [email protected], space is very limited.

Anatomy weekend Immersion: April 13-15, 2018. Tuition $200.

Friday, 6:30-8:30: Understanding Purpose.
Saturday/Sunday, 10am - 6pm: Muscular function, movement and cueing for specific actions and purpose's in yoga postures.

We will use Ray longs Anatomy of Hatha Yoga as a visual reference. The course will be mostly lecture and demos with some practice providing hands on adjustments/enhancements.
