I’m looking to interview parents who have had a difficult childhood and who are wanting to learn how to parent with empathy (purely for my own research) to help me build a new business I’m working on. Hi, my name is Josephine! Welcome to my page.

I am a mom to three beautiful girls. Because of them, I did the hard work of healing from an abusive household in order to break generational patterns and raise them differently. As I did this, I grew increasingly passionate about helping others do the same!

I am in the process of completing my master's degree in counseling and a certification as a parent coach. My hope is that I can help others heal and learn to nurture connection in their relationships and truly learn what it means to live to their fullest potential.
