Last week our team traveled to McCall, Idaho for our regional championships at Brundage Mountain! Over the week our athletes skied through fresh snow, bluebird weather, and windy conditions. With impressive performances, both teams placed 7th in GS and 9th in Slalom to secure qualifications for nationals! On the men’s side, combining both disciplines, Lukas, Phillip, and Nelson finished in the top 30 while Malia and Bella placed in the top 20 for the women! Congrats to our seniors, Lukas, Malia, and Nelson for strong finishes in their last races, we’ll miss you next year! 🥺🫶 And of course thank you to all of our amazing athletes that make up our beautiful team, we can’t wait for another great season with you all! Go birds!!! 🤙🦅🎿

This Valentine’s Day weekend our team returned to Lookout Pass, Idaho and dominated the slopes. After years of waiting, the snow finally fell and the surface held up for our athletes to all finish in the top 15! The men’s team also took home a win on Saturday, but if you weren’t intimidated enough by the t-birds this weekend we’ll see you later this week in Brundage where we’ll unleash our full roster 😈💪

While the snow conditions have been questionable, our team still left with a men’s 3rd place on Saturday, 4th on Sunday, and two consistent 5th places for the women’s team. We’ll see everyone back in Lookout Pass next weekend! ⛷️❄️

This past week our men's and women's teams represented Canada at the USCSA National Championships in Mr. Bachelor, Oregon! With over 30 different teams, the team competed against top collegiate athletes in a week-long series of intense races. The men's team delivered amazing performances in slalom, for an overall 13th place team result. The women's team also demonstrated strong results in slalom, with an overall team finish in 21st! While giant slalom proved more challenging for both teams, the team’s dedication and hard work were on full display, making for an exciting and memorable championship to finish off the season. Great job to all our athletes, we can't wait to see what next year has in store for us!
