June Theme: Spine Corrector ✨
For the first time, our monthly theme is not an exercise - it’s an apparatus.
This month we’re exploring the Spine Corrector, one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment. It helps improve spinal mobility, strengthen the core, challenge balance, open the chest, and support movements that can be difficult to access elsewhere.
Throughout June you’ll experience a variety of exercises and progressions on the Spine Corrector in your classes, discovering new ways to move, strengthen, and connect with your body.
Have you tried the Spine Corrector before? We’d love to hear what you think 💕

One of the things that makes Pilates so unique is the use of springs. Joseph Pilates was so ahead of his time✨ and here’s why:
Unlike traditional weights, springs provide resistance and assistance at the same time. They challenge the body through both the concentric phase (when the muscle shortens) and the eccentric phase (when the muscle lengthens and controls the return). That “return” is where so much strength, control, and awareness are built.
In a way, springs almost imitate the muscles themselves: they stretch, recoil, respond, and demand precision rather than force. They teach the body how to move with control instead of momentum.
The spring tension is never asleep. It constantly gives feedback to the body, asking for stability, connection, breath, and coordination. That’s why Pilates feels so different from regular workouts - it’s not just about strengthening muscles, but about teaching the entire body to work intelligently together.
Over 100 years later, Joseph Pilates’ system still feels incredibly modern.

February Theme: Teaser ✨
This month, we’re exploring one of the most iconic and versatile Pilates exercises: Teaser. A true expression of control, strength, and balance, Teaser brings together the entire system: strength, mobility, coordination, and precision.
What makes it so special? Teaser can be practiced in many ways: on the mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, and Wunda Chair; and adapted beautifully to meet you exactly where you are, depending on your level. It’s not about perfection, but about finding lift, connection, and flow from the center.
