🥋 GRADING WEEK 🥋
This week, our Lil Champs and Champ Kids students will have the opportunity to showcase the hard work, focus, discipline, and growth they've been putting in on the mats.
Belt promotions are never just about technique alone; they also represent consistency, attitude, perseverance, and respect both on and off the mats.
Good luck to all of our students this week 👊🔥
We're proud of the effort you continue to put into your training every class.

Most people don't know this…
Marcus Soares came to Canada on a one-year visa, without speaking English.
He made a promise to himself:

Today, there are over 30 black belts—and thousands of students impacted across Vancouver, Langley, Maple Ridge, and the Lower Mainland.
We put together a short article that shares part of that story, along with the recent CBC feature.
