Some of the best hours of my week… It’s been so great to see long lost friends , hardcore yogis and new to yoga 🧘‍♂️ practitioners as well.

So grateful to be able to teach Yoga 🧘‍♂️. Our studio in Lynn Valley is open and classes are abundant. Good vibes abound and locals are loving it. We have a wonderful system in place to ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness , it’s truly a Shala / aka sanctuary 😊 !. I’m teaching every Tuesday 4 pm and 530 pm , come on down ! 💪🏼 work out stress, anxiety 😥and any nagging physical issues ! Hello beautiful soul! I’m here at my home studio Northshore elements . We are open and offering over 40 classes week! I’m teaching TODAY and every Tuesday 4 pm YHOT and 5:30 pm POWER. Register online or call the studio and we can help you !! IMO Mindful movement and meditation are more important than ever ✨🙏🏻 and so easy to NOT do . I have taken 2 classes since our re opening and I felt AMAZING after class , as I was , um just a bit wound up 🤓 physically and mentally , and I felt relaxed during class as our studio has done a fantastic job of implementing worksafe industry health protocols. Just at this point that we have studio at all.
