Carries over to running, sport, and everyday forward movement.
This cycle, we're adding a drop set to make things even more interesting. As fatigue sets in, you'll reduce the load and keep moving, extending the set and challenging your legs in a whole new way.

This movement challenges the hip flexors through a long range of motion, building strength and control where many people are often weak.
Why does that matter?
