Enhanced Performance offers two services, 1-on-1 movement therapy and small group strength and conditioning training in a class based system. Our movement therapy sessions bridge the gap between rehab to performance based training; filling in the missing link between physiotherapy and general strength training. The small group based training takes off from here and represents our primary service;

So incredibly honoured and excited to lead a recovery foam rolling class at again this year!! We'll be taking over Slay Bay on Saturday at noon.

You can expect an extremely accessible class where most of the time will be spent lying on the ground giving yourself some TLC using a foam roller. We have about 70 rollers for people, but if you have one laying around, dust it off and bring it on Saturday!

Our next L1 Fundamentals intake starts next week! This is the perfect time to strengthen your body going into all the summer activities and the last time we will be running this class until mid Sept.

It includes two classes per week for 6 weeks as well as a 1:1 initial assessment. This is the best way to start your training journey at EP and perfect launch pad to fall in love with strength training.

With the gym booming we've decided to double down on our next L1 Fundamentals intake! You can now sign up for either a new 1pm Tue/Thur option OR an evening 6pm Tue/Thur option.

This 6 week progressive starts from the very beginning, opening the door for people who've never felt comfortable in a gym, those coming back from some niggles or those solo veterans who are finally ready to go deep on technique.

It includes a 1:1 60 min initial intake where we get to understand where you're coming from, your goals and how you move. This enables us to arm you with some personalized corrective exercises to clean up and optimize how your body moves.

From here you gain access to 2 classes per week for 6 consecutive weeks. We focus on both body weight and loaded strength exercises in a safe and technique focused training environment. This is not your average class and we're so proud to say it's not attended by average folks.

Ready to start 2024 stronger than ever before? Our next Level 1 Fundamentals starts on Jan 9th!

This 6 week program is designed to teach you how to strength train with proper technique all while making the gym a comfortable space for you to excel in.

You will join a small class of 6-8 people and train in the gym Tue & Thur at 6pm for 6 consecutive weeks. Also included is a 60 min 1:1 initial intake where we will take a look at how you move and offer you some customized exercises as well as give you some strategies to make the classes work best for you.
