Hey all,

Just a final follow-up. We had a super fun time at Nationals. We've really appreciated all the support and kind words from friends and family the entire time. It was a really special experience knowing that we had folks back home cheering us on and following our scores. Thank you for making our first CUC a surreal experience.

There should be photos up soon. I just have to get my hands on whoever has them (I'm looking at you Brooks and Baron).

Huge shout out to Union for winning the 2013 CUC mixed division in Vancouver!

Also, great job to BFC for winning the spirit award!

Game 3 - The Final Showdown: Alliance wins 14-11 against Wreck House. Another fun game against a team from Newfoundland. Watch out for them at the party tonight.

Alliance finishes 11th in Canada. While we were hoping to place a bit higher, we're super happy to have come to Vancouver, had the experience of our first nationals, and competed (well) against some of the best in the country.

Priorities moving forward: 1) take off cleats. 2) drink beer. 3) repeat step 2.

Game 2: tough loss to our Ontario rivals Glide 13-11. Very hard fought and everything left on the field.

Game 1: alliance wins against Hostile Rhinos 15-3. Very fun playing against these guys, can't wait to see them at the party.

Hey all. My apologies for not updating today, I left my phone in my room :(

Game 1 vs Team Fisher Price: 15-9 loss. This team should have a bid at worlds and Alliance played very strongly against them. Nothing to be ashamed of in this loss.

Game 2 vs Gecko: 13-11 loss. A very strong fought game with a late Alliance rally. Came up just short. This loss unfortunately put us outside of the top 8.

Game 3 vs NoBS: 15-8 win. Nice to end the day on a win against an Ontario rival.

Overall, Alliance played very strongly as a team all day long. A tough loss on day 1 put us in a tough pool to move forward to the top 8 after day 2.

Tomorrow, we aim for a top 9 finish.

Alliance plays a hard fought game against Bunny Thugs but comes up short 14-10.

Alliance wins their first ever CUC game against BFC 15-8
