Westside Muay Thai shorts & hand wraps ordered and currently being produced by our new friends at , Sialkot, Pakistan. I’ll update everyone on timing as we get closer to a delivery date. As you know, that region has some unfortunate circumstances these days so we might have to be a little patient with shipping.

We went with a slightly modified version of our logo with the year 1999 featured to celebrate turning 27 years old this summer! Smooth satin finish with the logo fully embroidered, I think these are our best looking shorts ever!
Hand wraps are 180cm and stretchable to make sure they’re comfortable and long lasting.

People love padwork. It’s fun, rewarding and can raise the heart rate to peak levels. However it’s not just about smashing pads as hard & fast as possible.
You are meant to focus on your technique, mechanics, distance, rhythm and balance. You’ve aced all of the above? Then yes, go hard and go fast! But if you find yourself off balance, if you find yourself defensively compromised and if you are mindlessly swinging away at targets with nothing in mind except power…well then you’re not doing it right!
Watch ‘s patience, calmness and focus. This is a 3rd round with me and she’s just as composed as she was in the 1st round. I can see her calculating distance. I can see her mindful of her mechanics. She’s constantly checking for defensive slip ups. At no time do you see her wildly swinging. She’s getting her rewards from being technically sound, not from mindless smashing. And on top of all that, we’re working with non-verbal cues rather than me calling the shots!
