The PJHL standard: Off-ice habits. π
The jump from minor hockey to the U20 level requires a complete shift in preparation.
In the PJHL, our focus is on helping young athletes adapt to the daily work and structural requirements needed to succeed at the next level.
Success isn't just about game day - it's about the habits you build when no one's looking.

Alongside the FVSL, the PJHL was there for a fantastic day filled with great energy and great people in support of the Canucks Alumni Foundation.
βBuilding great hockey communities starts with great partnerships, and we are incredibly grateful to stand alongside organizations that continue to give back and make a difference,β said Surrey Knights owner and Canucks alumni member John Craighead.
We want to send a huge thank you to major corporate sponsor Ora Fitness & Yoga for their outstanding support and prize contributions. Weβd also like to acknowledge Hilton Vancouver Metrotown and Bozzini's Restaurant Surrey for their prize donations that made the day so special.

Development is a process, and the PJHL is a proven stepping stone. π
Before Danton Heinen reached the NHL and suited up for the Columbus Blue Jackets, he spent a pivotal season developing his game with Richmond in the PJHL.
The PJHL's U20 structure is specifically designed to prepare players for the speed and demands of the next level - whether that's Junior A, the college ranks, or the pros.
We are incredibly proud of our alumni who continue to set the standard for the next wave of recruits.

"Will scouts see my kid play here?"
Evaluators at the next level don't just show up to watch a specific league - they go where players are getting meaningful minutes.
Because young PJHL players are relied upon for special teams and critical roles, programs from the WHL, Junior A, and the college ranks recruit from our rinks.
