Over the past six months, I’ve seen a surge in requests for self-defense training — from both individuals and organizations. It’s no surprise. More and more people in Vancouver no longer feel safe walking the streets. Unprovoked attacks are happening in broad daylight, not just in one neighborhood but across the city.
I know what it’s like to live in dangerous environments. The only reason I came out unharmed was because I had the skills to protect myself. Now, I want to pass those same skills on to you — so you can feel safe, confident, and prepared.
Yes, a single self-defense seminar is better than nothing. But without consistent practice, most people forget what they’ve learned within weeks. That’s why I’ve created an 8-week crash course designed to give you the repetition and hands-on training you need. By the end, your body will know how to react instinctively — even under pressure.
This is not theory. This is practical, real-world training in a small group setting where every student gets personal attention. My goal is simple: to give you the tools and confidence to walk away safe when it matters most. Because in a real street fight, there’s no second place — you either go home, or you get hurt.

This small group 8-week practical self-defense course is designed for anyone seeking to learn effective techniques and strategies for personal protection. With comprehensive training based on real-world experience, you'll gain confidence in your ability to defend yourself.

Worked as a private security detail contractor
Over 10 years as a bouncer

De-escalation techniques
2) Understanding Your Body Type/Sex:

3) Situational Awareness:
Identifying dangerous situations

Comprehensive room and street scanning

4) Physical Techniques:
Basic strikes and blocks effective for street fights
