Deciding to sell my wedding dress and trying to find a new one that suits ME has been stressful to say the least! But having these girls with me when I said “yes” to yet another dress has been so special and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

The good thing about re planning our wedding is I get to spend even more time planning out all the little details with you! It’s often overwhelming but all my stress melts away when I focus on the love we have and how FOINE you’ll look at the end of that isle!

“Health is adding a level of intention to every area of your life” ⁣

Week one of meditating went really well, I only missed one day and have already started noticing a difference. 2 years of building healthy habits has made this 30 day meditation goal much easier than it normally would be. I have learned that healthy habits don’t just happen, that it takes hard work and a lot of mental strength. 🙌🏼⁣

Over the last week I’ve found myself taking a minute to focus on my breath anytime I feel stressed or upset and it completely switches my mood. It’s funny how such a small action can have such an impact! I’m looking forward to continuing these next 3 weeks and seeing more of a shift in my mindfulness! 💛 ps am I doin this right?
