This is just a sample of the courses, conferences, and certifications I have attended and completed just in the last 2 years. I have been in the personal training/strength and conditioning industry for 16 years! Imagine how much I have learned not just from these courses but from training my clients for so many years. I truly love learning and I love my clients so much! I appreciate how lucky I am to do what I love for for so many years.

I love learning! Although I have been a certified personal trainer for over 12 years, and an NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) for over 4 years, I will never stop trying to update myself and become a better coach.
I recently attended this 4 day NSCA Personal Trainer’s conference virtually, where I was able to observe a cadaver get dissected at the ankle, knee, hip and shoulder joints (honestly, I can’t stop watching these videos!) then how this information can be translated to the gym. I also watched (and re-watched) seminars refreshing me on the newest research on lower back pain and prevention; pre/postnatal exercise; latest on nutrition and sports nutrition; psychological effects of perfectionism on the motivation/approach to exercise; and many more. Basically, I was in heaven.
