Classical Pilates Teacher Training weekend was delightful and full of progress.

Today students learned:
1. How to complete the entire Matwork 1-34 with transitions in under 40 minutes. The goal is under 25 minutes! This was huge progress!
2. Why apparatus helps the body experience
3. How to side roll in and out of elements - as usual they asked for a demo! 😅
