40 BC Lions orange jerseys are up for grabs. 🧡
And the reason behind them matters more than the game.

On September 25, we wear orange.
Not just for the colour.
For truth.
For reconciliation.
For every child who never came home.
Every Child Matters.

Here's how you can be part of it:
Buy a BC Lions 50/50 ticket for the September 25 game.
That's it.
You're automatically entered to win 1 of 40 official orange jerseys.
No extra forms.
No extra steps.
One ticket. Two chances to win.

🏈 A shot at the 50/50 jackpot
🧡 An entry into the Orange Jersey Sweepstakes
Every ticket helps support the Orange Shirt Society and the Indigenous Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS).

Five days later, on September 30, Canada marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
This game is a chance to show up before that day.
To listen. To learn. To give back.

Quick tips to make the most of it:
✅ Buy early. The jackpot grows as more fans join in.
✅ Bigger ticket bundles mean more chances at the 50/50.

✅ Tag a Lions fan who needs to know about this.

This is bigger than a jersey.
It's about what we stand for, together.
Roar loud. Wear orange. Play the 50/50.

Football BC wishes to announce a substantial change in the way our Team BC tackle program is organized and led. Effective September, a new volunteer committee will assume control of the male tackle program. As part of this restructuring, the position of Operations Manager is being eliminated, and Cory Philpot will be concluding his role with Football BC as of today.

Football BC wishes to place on record its appreciation of Cory’s efforts over the past decade. Cory’s impact in BC has been substantial both on and off the football field. In 2015, he led the charge for the establishment of a new provincial organization for BC when the previous organization became disenfranchised from its stakeholders. Since then, Cory has led the return of Team BC to both national and regional championship.

Cory’s leadership is well established at all levels of BC’s football community and everyone at Football BC wishes him every success with both his current and future endeavors.
