EDIT: TCYC's originally-planned 50th Anniversary bash has been cancelled due to low ticket sales. However, former members are instead invited to join us at TCYC's annual Christmas/Awards party on Thursday December 12, 2024 -- the venue will have club memorabilia on display, most of the current membership will be there, and we hope to arrange a slideshow "through the years."

It was partly sunny skies and very light breeze for Tiddly Cove Yacht Club's 50th Anniversary edition New Years Day Race on Jan 1st. Despite the challenging winds, most of the fleet managed to ghost around the course for a finish, followed by a raft-up and Polar Bear Swimming afterwards. See the results here:

Tiddlies! It's the Last Chance Regatta this coming Saturday (Oct 14). We have a committee boat lined up (Vice Commodore Grahame Shannon's "Tangleberry"), and we have participating race boats that'll set the marks and pin.
But we need a couple of volunteers aboard Committee to help hoist flags, write down finish times, and enjoy the spectacle of watching the racers!
Race committee experience is helpful, but is absolutely NOT necessary. Please consider volunteering (your clubs needs you!) and contact the fleet captain ([email protected]) if you can help (cc the vice commodore too at [email protected]). Thanks!
