dirigido para todo tipo de personas y edades que deseen ponerse en forma o tengnan en mente un fin estetico, por salud o diversion. esta clase apunta en especifico al abdomen pero tambien fortaleciendo musculos alternos como pierna, hombros , espalda, brazos y pecho. todos los martes y jueves de 8 a 9 pm.
