Ad Iron Fitness is an independent personal training business, founded by Personal Trainer and Fitness Entrepreneur Adam Canales aka Ad Iron.
At Ad Iron Fitness we are passionate about making exercise fun, challenging and most importantly sustainable. Our trainers are focused on delivering results through thorough individualized programming. Our 5 most valued qualities are Fitness, Freedom, Love, Passion and Success. If we focus on these together we can help you reach your goals both in body and in life.
OUR LOCATION
Our trainers work out of selected gym facilities in Downtown Vancouver. Some of our trainers are also mobile, traveling to local residential and commercial buildings. Owner and Head Trainer Ad Iron is located at Groundwork Athletics Inc. across from Vancouver City Centre Train Station.
OUR SERVICES
We offer one on one personal training, semi personal training, fitness and nutrition consults as well as Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT). For those of you who are not local in Vancouver, or would like to follow a fitness program, Online Training may be perfect for you. COMING SOON - our online services will include 4 to 8 week fitness programs, assessments, nutrition planning, coaching and support.

KINETICS - we help you learn about proper body mechanics, and apply functional training to improve posture, mobility, flexibility and build a foundational body that is essential to increasing fitness levels.
PERFORMANCE - specializing in strength, conditioning, gymnastics, and high intensity interval training, we help can help you regardless of your fitness level or experience in the gym improve your athletic performance all while burning fat and gaining muscle.
