Today we’re saying goodbye (for now) to Tomasz he’s heading back to Poland.
Over the past few years he’s been a huge part of our boxing family. Always putting in the work, supporting his teammates, and bringing a great attitude to every class. Coaches and members alike know how dedicated and respectful he is — the kind of student every gym is proud to have.
We’ll miss you at the gym, but we’re excited for your next chapter back home in Poland. Keep training hard and remember you’ll always have a home at Contenders.

January Power Couple of the Month Kaye & Sam 🥊are the definition of consistency and community. Kaye crushed the year with 15 lbs lost, while Sam showed unmatched dedication by attending a class daily in December 💪🏻. Proof that couples who train together grow stronger together-inside and outside the gym.
Outside the gym, Sam also had a huge win with his successful comedy special showing that discipline and confidence carry into every part of life.
From crushing workouts to showing up for others, these two always make everyone feel welcome, supported, and accepted at Contenders. We’re proud to have them as part of our Contenders family! ❤️ .allyson
