If you don’t have a gym hit the local Mountains. You don’t really need snow shoes. Try dog mountain! 45 min each way with a spectacular view of the city.

Night snow shoeing up Cypress at night is so peaceful and hard to believe you can be alone in such a big city. Great workout... try running down in the deep snow

Cumberland is such a beautiful area to explore. Lots of hiking trails, climbing, Mtn biking and lakes to paddle in. Definitely coming back to explore the area more

When it’s really hot out, you have to adapt by running on trails. Love the North Shore Dempsey trail. You forget the city is so close by. @ Vancouver's North Shore

Back again riding along the kalamalka lake. This time all the way to Lake Country. What a spectacular view!!

Happy Easter!! I know this is a family day. Try zoom to talk to family. We have a zoom Easter dinner date with family. It’s not quite the same but under the circumstances, we are all looking forward to it!!🐣

Get outside for 1 hour a day!
You need the fresh air! Just stay the f_ _ck away from super busy areas ! The North Shore Mtn’s were absolutely amazing! Kind of feel this is what Vancouver was like 25 years ago! The planet needed a break! Do your indoor exercises. Just 20 min/ day with no equipment required!
Try something new each day as well. Amber and I tried a beginner Capoeira on YouTube. We looked ridiculous, but fun!!
Get outside, but be safe

The one good thing about being in isolation is you have time to cook or make super delicious healthy salads like this one
Easy to make:
Organic greens
Red sauerkraut
Apple, cucumber, avocado,
Grated carrots, pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes,
Roasted chicken peas
Homemade thousand island dressing.
