Testing how much of my core I’m actually using in my ninja Kip up 😅.. at 47 I accomplished 8 Kip ups in a row.. for fun, and for more fun, I’d like to get a no hand Kip up at 49 (it’s been many years and only really attempted a couple times that I can remember).

GOALS: ABLE-BODIED, SURVIVE IN AN APOCOLYPSE, REDUCE ALL CAUSE MORTALITY, especially all the ones I might inherit… which are a lot.

How to do that 🤔:

>Progressive high intensity training 🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️
>Anti-Inflammatory foods 🥗🌯🍎
>Plenty of sleep 💤
>Less Stress 🫪

Only way to get better is by practicing! “How do I practice when my joints ache all the time”?

I know it sounds like I’m being condescending but honestly.. check your sleep, check your stress and check your nutrition.

Sometimes we don’t know where to start and the thought of anything feels overwhelming.

How is your baseline? Are you functioning well at baseline? If you’re not, how can you support an active you??

Ok hear me out.. I know the little posts I have been doing, are me upside down 🙃🙃🙃 BUT, I’ve been enjoying what my body can do lately and I’m excited with my ability and the fact that my body hasn’t been flaring the way it was over the last couple of years up until the last couple of months..

Being hypermobile, with POTS and MCAS (not formally diagnosed) that started to take over my body and my ability has taken its toll on me for a while now and I almost felt like that was my constant, my new norm if you will, but I refuse(d) to give in to this lesser quality of life and if I can find and fight for a way to the other side, I WILL DO IT 👊🏼.

No, I’m not on HRT of any sort but I considered it and am not against, I just refuse to do it as a first resort.

Yes, I am still living by the “Eat and Train” vs “diet and exercise” method because I will not be that skinny chick that can’t fight her way through an apocalypse 🤷🏻‍♀️.

The point of this is that you do manifest stuff. What you say out loud and what you believe matters. And when you understand that and try to make a change, it needs to be consistent, trying it out the one time may not do the trick but get this..

The funny thing is after my water had spilled for the third time and my perspective had changed because of what my daughter had reminded me about. It was no longer a negative thing. It was actually quite funny, and the outlook on the rest of my day was so much more positive.

Positive perspective and positive manifestation is a thing and it’s FREE and readily available!!
