Rainy season starts and my whole personality becomes "warm things."

Vancouver, the subscription means you never run out when the weather turns: 5 packs delivered monthly, 10% off, pause whenever.

No salt, no onion, no garlic, nothing to argue with. ☔ Set it up before the rain really settles in: https://heyor.ca/h6G5U2

Sweater weather is just flu season in a cute outfit. 🍂 One person in every room is "not contagious, just a little cough," so I'm out here cosplaying wellness with a mug of broth.

Gentle on the stomach, no salt or onion or garlic to set anything off. The coziest way to pretend I'm not surrounded.

Save this for the first office cold. It's already going around.

THAT’S A WRAP! 🎉 We had such an amazing time at CHFA!

So many incredible people, great conversations, and amazing products. We loved every minute of it!
Thank you for all the love and support.

See you soon! 🧡

Nobody: My gut, the second the temperature drops two degrees: let's cause problems.

Season changes are chaos in there. Warm broth, easy on the stomach, no salt or onion or garlic to argue with the coziest way to reset while you become a full autumn creature. 🍂

Save this for the first cold morning. It's coming.

💛🧡 If you're an industry-insider catch us on the show floor September 26–27 at the Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place.

Come say hi! We'd love to get our broth on your shelves. Everyone else: consider this your sign that the broth is going places (literally).

"Trust your gut", they said. "It's always right", they said.

Meanwhile, our guts: Yelling, sweating, one wrong ingredient away from a full service meltdown 😅

The thing that actually calms it down: Broth on the stove, no salt, no onion, no garlic, nothing to set it off.

Doing the broth run every week like your gut is going to suddenly take a day off. It won't. Never has.

Subscription = 5 packs a month, shows up before you run out. 10% off monthly or 20% off the year, pause whenever life gets weird.

Never miss a gut health day: https://shorbabrothbar.com/bone-broth-subscriptions/

The only food group a toddler respects is beige. Cracker, plain noodle, the inside of the bread, repeat until college.

Plot twist: one thing they'll actually drink is bone broth. No salt, no onion, no garlic, nothing a little stomach files a complaint about. And it's genuinely good for their gut.

Easiest wins: cook their rice in it, stir it into the beige, or reheat leftovers with it instead of water. They'll never know. You'll know.

We put the whole thing: when it's safe, how much, and how to sneak it in, into one guide: https://shorbabrothbar.com/bone-broth-for-kids-toddlers/
