On Mother’s day we’d like to catch up on the stellar result from super mom of 3 Sarah with her 2nd place 🥈at Ironman Texas a few weeks ago💥 This was an Ironman PB in her late 40’s 💪. Her and coach decided to keep things rolling this year after a short break from Kona, instead of having a long off season like usual, and it paid off 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Back to Kona 🌺 again this year and such a deserving result! Congratulations Sarah 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤩

That time last month when ran a PB 1:28 half marathon and 1st place in the 45-49 AG 🥇All off the back of some hard bike training, while still building up her running 👌No doubt Johanna has a great season ahead 💪

Tested out the bike this morning, met a new friend , feet up while working on athlete plans and my little heart rock is here on another adventure.

Couldn’t resist a quick trip to see my bestie and race the last ever Ironman Canada Penticton course. Toddler and Nana in tow. 🇨🇦

Swim cancelled due to 14deg water 🙄 Bike was as awesome as everyone told me it would be 🏔️🥰

Gold strategic move of mine to run 20-25km with a legend of the sport with same name … had me feeling very popular… gets a lot of cheers 😂

Finished the day in 7th. Fastest marathon so far and 4th ironman since having Finn. Happy I’m not getting slower just yet. Big thanks to coach MIchelle for talking me into this one and having more faith in me than I do 😘
