Sometimes the little things go a long way!
Movement can be a great form of meditation and it doesn’t always have to come in the form of an aggressive workout.
Making a small commitment to move your body in whatever way feels good for you everyday can work wonders for your brain.
Looking for suggestions?
Try an IG live with your favourite trainer in the city. Go for a solo walk without your phone. YouTube a yoga class. Take a time out to breathe. And, of course, our fav: dance it out.
If you’re feeling like a living room dance lesson, send us a DM - we got you!

Find Inspiration From The Stillness.
Don’t fall into the pressure of HAVING to do something with all of this “free time”. You’re not a failure if you didn’t take 67 courses, learn a new language and start a brand new company.
If you needed to soften and be more gentle with yourself as you navigated this tough time - that’s totally ok too! Don’t beat yourself up over it.
We will, however, encourage you to lean into the stillness each day and find something that inspires you from it. And hey, that might just be an idea that changes the world.
We miss you around the club - so if you fancy a FaceTime date, we’re here!
Love,
PS. If you were one of those people that took a course, learned a new language or started a company, we’re proud of you too ❤️🙏🏻
