They struggle with nervous system capacity.
You can be productive, responsible, even “successful”…
and still feel wired, exhausted, irritable, or disconnected in your body.
This workshop is an introduction to the mechanics of regulation.
We will explore:
• How your nervous system responds to stress
• The difference between activation, shutdown, and regulation
• Why rest can feel unsafe for some bodies
• How to increase capacity without force
Through gentle breathwork, somatic awareness, conscious relaxation, and sound, you’ll learn tools you can use in real life — at work, in relationships, and in moments of overwhelm.
This is education + embodied practice.
Not cathartic. Not extreme. Not performative.
Just practical nervous system literacy.
