JACKED JUNE💪

For the month of June, we are introducing German volume training (GVT) into StrengthFit class (4 day split).

GVT is a training program that involves performing 10 sets of 10 repetitions with a moderate weight for a given exercise. It’s a high-volume training method designed to stimulate muscle growth and increase strength. Individuals will perform 10 sets of 10 on the primary lift with a load of 60-70% of maximum. All 10 sets will be completed for 10 reps at the same load. Participants will Increase the load each workout if they are successful in achieving 10 sets of 10 at the same weight.

Due to the volume of the A series, we’ll only be performing an A series and B series.

Registration for Elite4 is officially open and has been extended until January 9.

Elite4 is our 8 week small group personal training program in downtown Vancouver, designed for those who want more structure, more guidance, and a highly personalized training experience.

You will train in our personal training studio with a group of four, following programming tailored to your goals and limitations. Each week, you will track your progress and learn how to progressively overload safely and effectively using equipment we do not use in our group classes.

For added support, you can include personalized nutrition coaching with holistic nutritionist Stephanie Zepedeo. This includes an initial consult, a custom meal plan, two follow up calls, and supporting resources.

Two group times are available: 6AM or 7PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The program begins January 26.

Spots are limited to four clients per group.
