Core Training
The word "core" is thrown around in various ways in the fitness world. Some think the core is a sleek six pack, when in fact the abdominals are only a fraction of your core muscles. Functional core training is about power, strength and stabilization. Core muscles create a solid base for your body.

My Approach
Upon initial consultation, I seek to understand what the clients exercise goals are, whether it may be weight loss or to build muscle tone. We develop mutually agreed upon goals in which I then develop an individual exercise plan and schedule that is convenient, flexible and with your needs in mind. Each person is unique and I believe in adapting established best practices in exercise management tailored for your desires. From our initial consultation, we then establish a ongoing exercise schedule. Each session includes a review of your exercise goals and a check in to ensure you are progressing as desired. I take great pride in helping you to become a better version of yourself.
