🇧🇷Cheguei aos 4.0! 🥳🎂
40 anos… quanta coisa vivida, quantos quilômetros de bike, tantas histórias, conquistas, quedas e recomeços que hoje fazem parte de quem eu sou.
Um novo ciclo começa, e no meu coração sinto que ele será ainda melhor do que tudo que vivi até aqui. 🙏🏻
Os cabelos brancos começaram a aparecer 😂, mas junto com eles vieram responsabilidades que mudaram completamente minha vida: meu filho, minha esposa, minha família, um novo negócio, uma nova cultura, menos amigos por perto e, principalmente, a maturidade de entender quem realmente vale a pena ter ao nosso lado.
Aprendi a selecionar mais, reclamar menos e valorizar o que realmente importa: estar feliz ao lado da minha família, vivendo de acordo com os princípios que acredito e construindo uma vida da qual meu filho possa se orgulhar.
Obrigado, Deus, por guiar meu caminho, pelos momentos bons e pelos difíceis, e por me ensinar que tudo tem seu tempo e seu lugar.
Que venham os próximos 40. Tenho certeza de que ainda tem muita estrada pela frente. 🚵🏻♂️❤️

🇨🇦I’ve officially hit 4.0! 🥳🎂
40 years… so much lived, so many kilometers on a bike, and so many stories, victories, crashes, and fresh starts that have shaped who I am today.
A new chapter begins, and deep down I feel it’s going to be even better than everything I’ve experienced so far. 🙏🏻
The gray hairs are starting to show 😂, but along with them came responsibilities that completely changed my life: my son, my family, a new business, adapting to a new culture, having fewer friends around, and most importantly, learning who truly deserves a place in our lives.
I’ve learned to be more selective, complain less, and appreciate what really matters: being happy with my family, living by the principles I believe in, and building a life that my son can be proud of.
Thank you, God, for guiding my path, through the good times and the difficult ones, and for teaching me that everything has its own time and its own place.
Here’s to the next 40. I know there’s still a lot of road ahead. 🚵🏻♂️❤️
