🧠 Starting her own fitness journey with home workouts, San lives by the “no equipment, no problem” mindset. She believes movement should never feel intimidating, and that any movement is good movement. Having also worked through injuries herself, she brings a real understanding of setbacks and how to rebuild confidence and capability step by step.
💪 With a background in psychology, San focuses on both physical and mental resilience through training, helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health. She’s also our resident Skipping Specialist, using skipping as a powerful tool for cardio conditioning, coordination, and fun!

We’re so proud of our client’s progress, and Daniel is no exception! 💪 He came to us wanting to build muscle. Before Iron Lab he always considered himself a “hard gainer” and had been trying on his own in the gym to build mass. He was lacking confidence to know what to do in the gym, and struggled with energy through the day.
He started with us at 145lbs and by taking part in our Hybrid Program consisting of 1:1 PT sessions, homework workouts, and nutrition coaching, he ended up at 153lbs! 📈 This was all done with the intention of focusing on putting on muscle without seeing an excess of fat, and creating a sustainable program he could continue on his own after the program finished.
Alongside the muscle gain, the bigger win was how much stronger and more confident he became in his training. 💥 He now understands how to structure his workouts, how to fuel himself properly, and how to actually progress week to week instead of guessing in the gym. His energy levels throughout the day also improved as his nutrition became more consistent and intentional.

Grady’s coaching is all about helping people build confidence in the gym, move better, and create results that actually last. Whether the goal is weight loss, building muscle, improving athletic performance, or getting back to training after an injury, he takes an individualized approach that meets clients where they’re at.
🏋️♂️ Movement and performance have always been a huge part of Grady’s life. Most recently, he’s been navigating his own rehab journey after breaking his foot, giving him an even deeper understanding of what it takes to rebuild strength, stay patient through setbacks, and train intelligently through recovery.

“I have to go slow…”
