These are 3 of the best mobility exercises for boxing but we’ve found they are nice pretty much any time.
Begin your warm up moving through these movements 1 minute each move.

End your session holding each move for 30-90 seconds. Keep breathing, it’s win win. You can’t get it wrong!
Find the floor, take a few breaths. Twist or untwist your body and take a gosh darn minute, bestie. You see that meme? “Everyone tells you to take a chill pill, but nobody offers you one.”? Maybe it’s not a meme, it’s just tweet that got screenshot and shared across apps. Who knows what a meme even is? Something to think about when you’re getting your floor time.

Hello All City Community,
A heartfelt message from us to you. Over the past year, we’ve been facing rising costs and challenges with our landlord. After many conversations and attempts to find a solution, we couldn’t reach an agreement that made sense for All City.
With that, we’ve made the difficult decision to leave our space at 130 West Hastings. Our last day will be November 30th.
But rest assured , All City is not closing. All City has always been so much more than a physical space. It’s the people, the energy, the sweat, and the connection we’ve all built together.
As we plan our next step, we’ll be continuing to run semi-private and private sessions in a new location (stay tuned), as well as weekly park workouts to keep our community strong and moving. We’re genuinely excited about this next chapter and everything it holds for us, and for all of you.
Let’s finish strong and go out with a bang. We want to see you, sweat with you, and celebrate this chapter together.
