One-on-one personal training is your best opportunity to get the specific personalized attention you need to get to achieve your goals.posture,form and technique are crucial part of your exercise program.Without it you could be using the wrong muscles for exercises and also be working harder for less progress.
As your personal trainer, i will carefully analyze your personal goals,exercise history and fitness assessment and then design the exercise program that is safe,effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs.
You will when you sign on as a new personal training client,we meet for your initial consultation to make sure all your questions are answered,and all the proper information is gathered before i guide you in the right direction for you.
After i gather enough information to tailor your program,build your personalized assessment workout.Your detailed fitness assessment includes analyzing your posture,as well as how you move and use your body in order to get a proper understanding of what areas you feel need to change.I assess your flexibility and strength and then generate a custom plan for you with your top goalsas the priority!Then i will guide you step by step through the workout designed specifically for your fitness level and goals.
I am skilled at identifying your physical capabilities,so as your progress,i will adjust your program to meet your evolving fitness needs and help you formulate and achieve new goals.
Whether you are looking to lose fat,gain muscle,reduce stress or increase your strenght and flexibility,I can help! I will provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need to achieve the results you desire.
Working with me is the safest and most effective way to achive your health and fitness goals. I am located in East Vancouver,and train most clients here,but can come to you home or office as well.

$40 per person/single session
$25 per session/group session
(max 2 people per group)
Session:
Session are 50 minutes.please be ready to begin each session at your scheduled appointment time.10 minutes of warm up and stretching is highly recommended before starting training.This is to maximize the training time that you will receive for the allotted time.First consultation session is a part o personal training and session plan.please make sure you are properly checked into the gym.

As`a young man,I trained as a machinist but my passion for body building soon became my main priority.Prior to becoming a personal trainer,I spent 5 year wining national bodybuilding competitions using all natural methods.Then I spent time as a Water and land sports instuctor for Club Med,as model and as a bodybuilder performer and demonstractor.
I am passionate about health and fitness and its possibilities;I provide one on one training that helps achive your health and fitness goals as well as improves your overall sense of well-being.
I am a certified BCRPA Personal Trainer and Weightt Room instructor;I also hold a First Degree Certificate from World Drug Free Power Lifting Federation. As a safety precaution,I keep my certification updated. in my free time,i explore my artistic gifts as well and i find that my eye for pleasing forms influences my practice as a personal trainer.I can help you envision and sculpt your body with an eye to balance and symmetry.
