Aligning your body correctly and moving smoothly through each exercise is very important. Poor form can lead to injuries and slow gains. When learning a strength training routine, many experts suggest starting with no weights or very light weights. Concentrate on slow, smooth lifts and equally controlled descents while isolating a muscle group.

An integral part of kickboxing is flexibility. Your life will also be enhanced by this newfound flexibility when you add kickboxing to your exercise routine.
Remember that you will be using muscles that you typically don’t use in a normal workout routine. Hence it’s always good to add at least 15 minutes of stretching or conditioning before your workout.
