I’m so stocked to be part of this event again after the past 2 year break. This Charety gives money directly to family’s that are dealing with cancer. Come out and support with a paddle and a donation can be made at link. gofundme: https://gofund.me/d8792e77

The January Blues…and the Blue mind.
Mental health is important and we are here to help.
Research has showed that being near water creates “mildly meditative state we fall into when near, in, on, or underwater.” When you see water, hear water, or even think about water, it triggers a response in your brain and immediately makes you feel calmer.
Send us a message if you like to get started on the water, tour, lesson, or just a companion in this time of year.

We were blessed with the most beautiful of days.
The warm sunny fall air was filled with the excitement of the day. We watched people in costume hurry down the seawall stop to take our photo and us laugh at theirs.
Big big thanks to everyone that came out and to all the sponsors for the amazing prizes.

How awesome is to be able to use your health and fitness for a good cause and raise money for an awesome charity. Together we donated $1400 to the Black Health Alliance. Black Health Alliance is a community-led registered charity working to improve the health and well-being of Black communities in Canada. Thank you to all the supporters, athletes, coaches, photographers and especially Dynasty Weightlifting for being an amazing host for the WOD.

Final Event (SUP)
The SUP event is a relay event. (You go, I go.) Partner "A" will be at the starting line with the board and paddle. At the sound of the horn Partner "A" jumps onto to the board and will paddle an easy to follow course to a designated buoy and back to the beach and run through a chicane with paddle in hand while Partner "B" repositions the board. Once Partner "A" has completed a very short sprint through the chicane, he or she will hand over the paddle to Partner "B" and Partner "B" will then paddle the same lap. There will be a minimum of 4 laps per team. Exact number of laps will be determined at the time of the event to a maximum of 6 laps per team. The final lap is completed by Partner "B" by running though the chicane one final time.
