VFAC Summerfast 10k Road Race

But we do care! 40, 45, 50, 55, and 60min pacers to help you hit your run goals.

Did you know that summerfast is a sanctioned road race by BC athletics? It's also race #6 in the lower mainland road race series.

Package pickup

Location - Forerunners Main St (3889 Main St)

Thursday July 2 2:00PM - 7:00PM

Friday July 3 2:00PM - 6:30PM

Out-of-towners may pick up their packages on race morning at the finish line area (Ceperley Picnic Area) from 6:30 AM - 7:45 AM. 

Race packages this year will include Summerfast-branded tote bags!

RACE WEEK IS HERE!
Did you know? The average runner uses 2-3 disposable cups at each aid station during a race. That adds up to a staggering amount of waste!
This year, we're taking steps towards reducing race-day trash and promoting sustainability. We're encouraging all runners to Race Like You Train by bringing your own hydration solution or using the reusable HydraPak .
Each aid station will have water and electrolytes ready to keep you fueled - simply fill your SpeedCup or flask and keep moving! Together, we can reduce waste and make a positive impact in the running community.
We have 300 SpeedCups to give away at package pick up (first come first served, Thursday July 2 2:00pm-7:00pm, Friday July 3 2:00pm-6:30pm at forerunners Main st 3889 main st)

Summerfast is now over 80% full! Less than 150 registrations remain. If you've been on the fence, act now before it sells out!

Just like you carry your own hydration gear during training, we encourage you to do the same on race day! Bring your reusable gear—whether it’s the or your favorite flask—and stay hydrated at our aid stations. Volunteers will be ready to help you refill quickly and keep you moving!
