Designed for students who want more than random kick-ups and wall flails, this series offers a supportive space to slow down and build the foundations of Downward Facing Tree (Handstand) through focused drills, technique coaching, conditioning, and hands-on support. The pace is gentle, the environment encouraging, and the goal is steady, sustainable progress.
