PADDLERS ARE YOU READY?!

Ouroboros Platinum is ready for another amazing season (2021-2022) with you all! What better way to kick off the season with recruitment! We are looking for paddlers between the age of 13-18 years of age and no paddling is required to join the team! We accept everyone and look forward to sharing the joys of this incredible water sport!

Sir Winston Churchill will be holding a clubs day event in October and you'll have a chance to learn more about the team!

Paddlers, are you ready for the start of the 2017-2018 dragonboat season!? Make sure you come to our orientation on OCTOBER 12TH, (THIS THURSDAY) afterschool at Churchill Secondary in room A317. We'll be introducing the sport, answering any burning questions, and doing any necessary paperwork.
Feel free to invite your friends; new paddlers are welcome!

Last weekend Ouroboros Platinum was at the Concord Vancouver Dragon Boat Festival! A huge thanks to everyone who made the event happen, and congratulations to all of the teams that participated. We had a lot of fun, and are looking forward to next year!

The final stop of the season will be the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival. See you all there!

Last week Ouroboros Platinum was at DZ 500m Regatta! Congratulations to the team for getting 3rd in B Division and we're looking forwards to seeing everyone again at Concord!

This past Saturday OP was at the Junior Regatta! It was a great first regatta for many and we are so proud of new and old paddlers alike for giving it their all in every race! See everyone at 500M! 😁

With the arrival of winter in Vancouver, this is a long overdue to warmer weather when Ouroboros Platinum paddled in the Victoria Dragon Boat Festival! We look forward to another great season everyone!

Ouroboros is on its off-season, but dragon boat never stops! Our paddlers have volunteered, paddled, and steered for other teams at Steveston Dragon Boat Festival 2016! It was a hectic, but rewarding day. Thank you to the Strathcona and Marpole teams for letting us paddle with you!

Despite the cold and rainy weather at the Concord Pacific International Dragon Boat Festival, the team persisted and finished 7th in the Urban Impact A Championship! Thank you to everyone who supported the team by participating or cheering, and the many junior teams who made the races great. This is only the beginning.

Ouroboros Platinum performed fantastically on the water and brought home gold today at the Dragon Zone 500m Regatta! So proud of you, team! :D

Congratulations Ouroboros Platinum for getting 4th place in A Division! This regatta was the first for many on the team and was a great and fun learning opportunity. Next up: 500m Regatta and Vancouver Dragon Boat Festival!
