I am sad to say that after the last 10 years of training, I have decided to close. The time has come for me to go in a different direction and pursue a new career. It has been an absolute pleasure to train each and every client I have had through the years.

THIS IS WHAT KIDNEY REMOVAL LOOKS LIKE!
Is much less invasive than most people would think.
I am still pretty swollen both front and back as well as blown up from all the gas they fill you with.
The pain is mild and manageable, abs as of day 5 after surgery I am pretty mobile, off pain medication and doing pretty darn well 😁

Sometimes you just have to give up your excuses snd START!! We are all guilty of it at some point or another... making excuses, letting anything and everything get in the way of what we should be doing.
Over the last few months I have been guilty of telling myself I have too much going on, putting other task and other people first and neglecting myself.
I decided that today was Day 1 of getting back into my normal routine and caring for myself!
I had a goal to jog for 30 mins.. that’s it.. I didn’t care how long it took or how fast I went. I just had to make 30 mins..... and having just finished i am happy to say it only took me 35 mins! I did a 2 min warm up and only took 3x 1min walking breaks!
It wasn’t that bad at all. The hardest part sometimes is getting out of your own head and STARTING!

-Each time you enter the gym you will have your own section to train in.
-There is plenty of space to keep our 6ft distance and get a killer workout.
-Each section is equipped with everything you need to do a full body workout.
- We sanitize everything before and after you touch it.
- Clients exit the gym and enter at a separate time to avoid congestion.
Your safety is our biggest concern! We want to make sure you can stay fit, healthy and safe.

The first step of growing as a person is figuring out what you want to grow into!
In this crazy time, who do you want to be?
With everything being shut down and closed, “I don’t have time” should no longer be your excuse!
Spend some time and think about who you want to be, what you want to do.
Then do it!
Break big goals into smaller goals:
“I want to be fit” can be “I am going to jog for 5 mins each day”.
