Calling all Black Belt Point Fighters. We know who won the first CMA Open Sparring Grand Championship but who will win the next one? Renamed "The Sukwinder Manhas Memorial Grand Championship" and bringing back the custom made trophy, this will be one for the history books. Come out and celebrate Sukwinder's legacy by doing the sport that he loved.

Great day at sparring class today

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from this group of sweaty warriors. Last Sunday sparring session will be December 21st. We will be back in action on January 4th.

See everyone at Sunday sparring class. Just a heads up, I picked up some new techniques while in Egypt.

Sunday will be the last sparring session for Sensei Marlon and fam before heading to Germany for the WKU World Championships. Let’s all come out and support their last big push.
